Oktoberfest!
There were various things that could capture Argo's attention. Beautiful women were one. A good fight was another. Good food was also on the list. And good drinks always were. So when a possible event occurred that promised to contain at least three things which promised to entertain him in some fashion, he knew he had to go.

Argo was also not one to let an entertaining trip go without good company, and his "cousin" did need to get out more. A teammate of Dolemeck's had insisted on coming along as well, and Argo was fine with that. Argo had also decided that Vincent was far too uptight and also needed to come along to loosen up.

It had not been difficult to convince Irina to take them to Munich.

"Behold!" Argo declared to his companions. "Oktoberfest! Beer! Bratwurst! Beautiful tavern wenches! And other fine things, possibly not starting with the letter B!"

	"This country is much larger than when I remembered it... and apparently more fun!" Dolemeck smiled happily, turning to look up at Argo, then at Tyler. "I am excited to try this "bratwurst" you kept going on about, Argo. Along with sampling more European beer, and seeing these fine wenches!" He clapped his hands together. "So! 	Vincent's 'agreement' to attend had been Argo putting him over one shoulder and carrying him off after Vincent had fallen asleep at his desk, the result of work on both a manuscript for a story competition, and another thesis revision. At the moment, he's still half-asleep (in spite of Argo's typical volume), largely being tugged along. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"Aye, aye it does!" he was all smiles, finding it hard to contain his excitement. He had never really been to a fair, and that is what Okotoberfest was, a People's Fair. 	"I learned through a few books how to speak modern German." He smiled, ordering two pretzels in German. He handed one to Tyler before taking a bite of the one he held. "This is divine! 	Argo, meanwhile, had gotten his first giant beer stein and was happily drinking. He still carried Vincent over his shoulder. He was not being especially careful, and would occasionally bang Vincent's head on something as he wandered around. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Umm... I do not know..." He spoke with his mouth full. He watched Vincent's poor head getting slammed about and decided he should walk over to Argo. "Cousin Argo, Vincent is mortal... and you cannot be so careless with him. Perhaps we should take him back to the hotel room to lay down for awhile. It might be in his best interest!"

Dolemeck was a bit panicked, now. He hated seeing Vincent getting so... injured.

"I will tell you what... I will take Vincent back to the hotel room, and later, you can pick me out a date! Just like last time, since you had so much fun doing that. It will surely make up for me spoiling your fun with Vincent, aye?"

The intersection of Argo and Dolemeck's voices, along with the mention of a hotel, (not to mention being whacked again), spurs Vincent's survival instinct into action enough to vault himself off Argo's shoulder.

He lands, murmuring something either about 'Tyr' or possibly 'time trials', and only wobbles slightly. The relaxation in his face makes it clear he's still not entirely awake. He does manage to grab himself a stein from a passing tray, downing it in one long pull.

"Tyler..." Dolemeck looked a bit upset. He did not know what to do. His head lowered, just as some older gentlemen walked over to him and began speaking to him in German. They looked very happy to see him and were waving their hands about as they spoke. Dolemeck quickly turned red, answering them back in the same language. He soon became even MORE flustered.

This exchanged seemed to continue forever, until the gentlemen seemed even happier as they left, and Dolemeck looked highly embarrassed.

"Umm... well, apparently my time in Amsterdam has made me into a celebrity of sorts. I was just asked to host part of Oktoberfest in a few hours." He then turned to Argo. "Oh, and to tell you that you are banned form the beer drinking contest, as you have an iron stomach and mortals up against a demi God is not fair."

His eyes turned from Argo, then to Tyler, then back to Vincent. "I... think we REALLY should get him back to the hotel room. He could be taken advantage of by that woman!"

	Vincent gives off a bark of laughter at Argo's expense, managing to process the barring from the drinking contest, and seems to be more than receptive to the young lady. "Nay... he was pretty much like that when I caught up with Argo." Dolemeck looked distressed still. "Argo, Vincent might be... well... I believe the term is "sleep walking". Or in this case "Sleep Partying"? He needs to rest... in a BED, alone. Tyler is right in that this is not healthy for him... besides, if he gets his rests and then wakes up, he'll be able to have fun and actually remember it!"
