The Baxter Building's security was on high alert. Just as it should be. All the more cameras to watch the people line up and start beating against the glass. Pressed close as a riot. Pounding on the doors until their hands bruised, blistered, and bled..

Zeb didn't stand with them, of course. He was out of sight... but near enough that the pheremones wouldn't wear off easy. Not for a long, long time. He'd had this crowd primed.

	Franklin was already there, and he didn't waste time trying to make sense of things before acting. These people were not in control of themselves, and they were being injured. He used his telekinesis to hold the crowd back and keep them from hurting themselves anymore. Let's hurry up. Situation's not good. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Alpha Flight Headquarters

The Thinker, safe enough in a procured vehicle set not far outside of Alpha Flight's base finished counting down in his head, and then pressed a button on the device he held.

At his signal, a half dozen robots dropped out of the sky and began opening fire upon the base. The robots, if one looked carefully, shared certain design similarities with the Box robot used by one Madison Jeffries... albeit with their designs advanced and improved upon, of course.

"Expected heroic response in... 57 seconds," he said to himself.

	Alex had been staying close to Mel since the phone call and when the noise came he did jump. To a cat's sensitive hearing the noise what that much louder. Stay inside he told Mel and went running for the door. He shifted into human long enough to open the door and then shifted into a dragon. Powerful wings got him airborne. The Thinker watched the battle underway and softly spoke brief commands. "Atlantean countermeasures. Expected to take results in twenty point three seconds."

A pair of the robots unleashed wide bursts of searing heat at Nim and her sister.

"Dragon-battle form. Expected. Counter-measures with a 89% certainty."

One of the robots unleashed a freeze-ray on Alex's cold-blooded form.

"Jeffries and Bouches. Emotional responses carefully calculated. Estimated 15% decrease in effectiveness."

The other robots opened fire on Mason and Jordan.
