Hostage Situation(Open to Titians)

Breaking News! 12 heavily armed men have held up the First National Bank in San Francisco. When the cops arrived before they could get away it has turned into a hostage situation. While none of the hostages have been hurt so far all attempts by the cops to negotiate with these men have failed. The police are currently looking into other options.

Vic was in San Francisco by himself. His dad thought it was good experience for him given out isolated most of his life had been. There was martial arts competition and while his dad wouldn’t let him compete in it but it would still be neat to watch. He had been heading back to the hostel he had been staying at when he heard about the hostage situation and headed over there thinking maybe there was something he could do to help.

While his father did not like him using his skills to fight using them to protect someone was something else entirely.

	Cait was on her way back to Titans' Tower from work when she heard the bank alarm ringing and the police sirens going. Great. Cait grabbed water out of the air and ran toward the commotion. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The Robbers were focused entirely on the cops and the front of the bank. Whenever anyone tried to get close to them they would open fire with their weapons. This left opening that smart and skilled individuals could use to sneak in. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Vic watched the scene for a while. He had to do something to help these people out. He notices a high window on the side of the building. 	Vic noticed the Cait and Iris were also working to stop this hostage situation. Once the situation was under control he should probably talk to them. Vic ducked low to avoid some close gunfire and using a capoeira kick knocked him off his feet. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
