Homesick (Open to Defenders)
Kael sat outside on the lawn, looking up at the stars. He knew he was honoring his mother by staying on Midgard. He knew she needed him safe until she could root out all of Malekith's traitorous supporters. But..he missed Svartalfheim..he missed his mother. Alflyse wasn't known as an affectionate ruler, such actions could be interpreted as weak, but when not being pressed by matters of state, she could be a very warm person. Midgarders would probably call him a "mother's boy", but he didn't care. There was no shame in loving and honoring one's parent. And living on Midgard was not so terrible. He had comrades, friends even, not to mention Vernque's bewitching company on occassion, but..it wasn't home.
