Just finished Second Sight (PC version) last night. The title of this entry is now on my Official List of Famous Last Words. :)

Not much to speak of for Thanksgiving--dinner-wise, I mean. My plan to make sweet-potato pies failed due to my my brand-new electric mixer being D.O.A. Still, under the circumstances though, I can't really complain. Nive place to live, decent (if maddening at times) job, hell I even have my old computer back, and I plan to upgrade over the next couple of weeks. May put the old processor/mobo into a new case and give it to someone as a christmas present. Still need to get a processor and PCI-E vid card, though.

Victoria boring as usual. Seriously considering returning home, compromised levees and all. And I understand Cox is hiring to replace everyone it lost due to the storm--all but kidnapping people off the street, in fact. Pays well, too. Something to consider...
