Missing: Miss Fluff (Open to JLI)
Dex stormed around the JLI headquarters using his ring to lift furniture and toss it out of the way. Miss Fluff was missing and Dex was /worried/. She never just disappeared. She was either sleeping on his bed or she followed him around. Now she was nowhere to be seen and he hoped something didn't happen to her.

Petra was on monitor duty, and notices the giant mass of concerned Green Lantern lumbering through. "Hey beefcake, what's eating you?"

"Hey! I spent hours reading interior decorating magazines to arrange this place! It even had the right Fang-shoe going on! Oh, wait, is this some sort of alien thing? Because if the couch really needs to be over there, I'll figure it out."

Well now. The Justice League International just got a little stranger, in Oksanas own mind. The resident Green Lantern was picking up bits and pieces of the furniture and looking for something.

"May I ask why you're I'm throwing the furniture around?"

Xian arrived upon hearing the commotion, though he hadn't heard Dex's last statement. If he had, he would have said something about the cat he was holding in his arms.

"No, no. Mr. Visitor belongs to one of the neighbors, but they let him run around a lot. He just comes here to visit and have lunch. We still only have two cats, a bird, a dog and a unicorn. I could get us another cat if you think we need one?"

Petra gives a whistle to call everyone back to attention. "Okay, people. Keep looking. It's very nice that Xian has a cat of his own, but we're still looking for Dex's. We'll take this place room by room. Din and/or Lizzy can work on the air ducts and other tight spaces."

Oksana begins to concentrate. She doesn't know how well it would work, but here's hoping they can find the cat and no longer deal with Dex picking up the furniture.

Still...Oksana never thought she would warp probability just to find a cat.

Dex was ready when the door opened and as soon as he saw what was there the crossbow disappeared. "Miss Fluff!" He held out his hands and the cat ran at him and jumped.

Dex caught her and snuggled her close to his chest.

Pippi takes Miss Fluff and Dex's relationship for granted, and wanders outside with the Chainsaw of Compassion to make sure there's no zombies involved.

Dinadan can't quite stop himself from sighing in relief. He'd known that there probably hadn't been zombies, but...

He turns on his heel and leave the room, shaking his head and muttering quietly to himself in Katarthan.

Pippi's brain hasn't shifted entirely, as evidenced by her comment to Miss Fluff.

"I'm very glad you came home... but no more hanging out with zombies, ok? You had us very worried, and no matter what they tell you, they're not your friends."
