K SO HERE'S HOW IT WORKS.
I make the icons. If you want me to make some icons of a certain person, just leave a comment here and if you link me to a gallery they'll get here sooner. Then you find the icons, by way of someone's userpics, or someone telling you that I'm actually alive. You take the icons, go right ahead, it makes me happy to see them being used. BUT the only catch is that I would definitely want credit. Just put this:

<lj user=voldy>

in the comment when you upload your icons. I would prefer every icon but I know that that can be such a pain so I won't crucify you if you say icons #-# credit voldy. I love comments and I'd love to know if you let me use them as well. It encourages me to make more icons so if you do take them just leave a quick comment and I'll smile for the rest of the day. If you want to edit them in any way just leave a comment and I'll give you a yes or no.
