Cute. Obviously the constant annoyances that Booth had provided to her as a younger woman and even now that they were married was just practice for ignoring annoying fucking Death Eaters. She suppressed a laugh in the back of her throat and kept her own shield up until the last possible moment, allowing him to advance on her and slowly moving back away from the crowd. It would be better to draw him away from where he could get reinforcements, right?
Avis was certainly a fan of unconventional techniques and she wasn't beneath playing dirty to get the job done, unlike Mr. Corner Conway. She bent down with her shield still up and felt around for the loose cobble she'd almost tripped over on her way over ... then shucked it straight at Dominic.
She followed it with a barrage of spells -- diffindo, expelliarmus, and stupefy.
