Yes, she had broken immediately away from Corner and the other Aurors in order to move into the high-intensity areas. Booth had been at her side for some time but then he'd gotten distracted with another Death Eater and she'd popped off to find her own fun (or trouble, depending on who you talked to). Avis frowned, wand at the ready, and cast her sights on one of the nearby Death Eaters.
"You," she shouted, "Wand down!" Not that she expected anything but a spell shot her way, so she pre-emptively put up a Protego charm to protect herself from any barrage that might've been coming her way.
