There, that was exactly what he'd been waiting for. He watched the movements, tracked where Braith was disapparating from so that he could have his wand pointed at him the moment that he landed again. He felt the stupefying jinx hit his left arm and grimaced - it hung uselessly at his side and he glared hard at Berk before sending his own barrage back -- full-body bind curse, an expelliarmus of his own and a shocking hex of his own modification.
Braith really did want to get at the guy with his fists since that would result in less long-term damage and more satisfaction on his end and now that he was relatively immobilized by the broken foot (or so he liked to hope) Maybe he'd be able to get that wand away from him.
Then again, maybe not. He saw the flare from the corner of his eye and groaned. Now he'd be having a bit of trouble, wouldn't he? If the other Aurors came to his rescue, that was.
