Darren was more than a little shocked when the vase shattered on the wall next him. It was then that he had epiphany: Devon had a best friend Sarah, Lydia's younger sister that had walked in on them the night before was named Sarah. Well. Fuck. Just fucking beautiful. He couldn't think of many worse ways that Devon could have discovered his drug use.
Though, it certainly sounded more likely that she was much angrier about Lydia. For whatever fucking reason. Certainly didn't warrant having a fucking vase thrown at his head.
"Would you just calm--" Darren started firmly, civilly even, as he approached Devon. Then he was interrupted when she let something else fly at his head. "Oi!" he shouted as he had to duck to one side, but he still continued toward her.
This was bloody ridiculous. He seen an overreaction before, but for fuck's sake! She was fucking mental.
"Stop fucking throwing shit!" Darren barked, his green eyes having narrowed in angry annoyance at Devon. He made a grab to hold her wrists and stop her from flinging more things that didn't need to be broken. "You don't know what you're fucking talking about!"
Fucking. Hell. He was going to murder Lydia's sister.
