MILES
For someone that could really care less about quidditch, Mira found herself in attendance of a lot of quidditch-related social events. Her line of work was entirely to blame course, or, specifically, Octavius Pepper was to blame, because every time he had to attend something of the like on the WWN's behalf, he insisted on dragging her along to help him with whatever it was he had to do.

The fact that she was his professional (and sometimes life) assistant was irrelevant. Would it kill him to allow her one night of not being forced to stare at perfectly chiseled bodies yammer on about--- wait.

Mira blinked, finding that she had caught herself in her own rant. Perhaps that was one of the better side effects and couldn't exactly be used in her quest to slowly, yet surely, getting 'aide the WWN in off-sight events' removed from her employment contract. A witch could dream.

At the very least, she was free now to do as she pleased for the rest of the night. Usually that meant slinking off to find the current wizard of her affections, but with her and Orion Sinistra's cooled off relationship most definitely over, Mira found herself with no one exactly to slink off with.

She did not like this feeling. Surely there must be someone at this party that--

A too entirely pleased smile formed on her lips, and it was with a low-lidded stare that she shifted to face the wizard standing idly beside her in a way that implied he would wait hours for her to notice him first. Elbow resting on the bar, she eased to rest her jaw against her curled palm, and blinked innocently.

"Hello, Miles," Mira purred.
