Billie couldn't help the subtle brow lift that occurred while she was waiting for an answer, finding the way he was looking at her to be curious. His roaming eyes didn't surprise her, but it was the way he looked at her when she had initially gotten his attention that made her wonder what was going on in his head. It was almost as though she had startled him, despite the fact that she hadn't crept up on him or anything. The guy looked on edge, to say the least.
Pulling out a seat, she lowered herself down onto it and turned to also stare out onto the dance floor. Billie loved to people watch; not in a creepy way, but she liked to observe the interactions between people, almost as much as some people liked to observe animals in a zoo. For someone who was in the public eye all the time, she was socially awkward, so she liked to live vicariously through other people. She took another sip of her champagne, her eyes floating back over to the blonde sitting across from her. He looked like he was anxious about something. She rolled her lips under, debating whether or not she should say anything to him or not - she knew how much she hated being bothered when all she wanted to do was sit there and be left alone. Still, he looked like he was definitely worked up about something. Making a decision, she let out a sigh before leaning forward, her arms folding on top of the table.
"It's none of my business, and forgive me if I'm being too intrusive, but you look as though you could use a bit of fresh air..."
