And here he was again, the man who was making her happier than she'd been in a long, long while -- and she could barely muster up a lopsided smile for him. It wasn't that she was overly worried about having money to move out, it was just that -- she'd never really lived on her own, and she worried for her family even now, even with Voldemort supposedly gone.

What is dead may never die, right? She was sure she'd heard that somewhere, and it certainly applied to the Dark Lord's servants. Just because he was gone didn't mean they weren't going to keep being arseholes, and if she wasn't there to protect her family...she'd never forgive herself.

"Mmm. More like running feet, I think. I don't suppose you'd fancy a race. I think you could even win, so long as I didn't take these shoes off." She glanced off toward the exit, wondering if it would be impolite to leave so soon after arriving.
