Estella eased herself down, her joints aching terribly before she even hit the floor. She'd been working hard, but was still in good shape; a rigorous practice session shouldn't wreck her body like she felt it had. Tony had been complaining about a fever earlier in the week, so maybe she had caught it? But she hadn't been sick in ages!

She frowned, eyes shut tightly to attempt to get her head to stop spinning. She had been sure that the dizziness had been caused by a misstep she was making, but now she wasn't sure. Estella took in a few deep breaths, trying to calm herself, and she recalled some breathing techniques they had been introducing to the younger students to get their attention more focused. This was fine, people got sick, it happened. This would be fine.

Estella opened her eyes to send a shaky smile towards Caden, who she knew was going to be more than mildly concerned at her state. She could barely break a nail without seeing her husband's brow knit in worry, so she did her best to show him that she'd just had a dizzy spell of sorts. All she needed to do was sit. Except---

"Oh---" Estella's hands reached out and grabbed the front of Caden's shirt as the room behind him spun rapidly out of control. It was like her husband was the only thing in focus as the dance floor, the equipment, the walls---they just zoomed by in a blur of motion. "The room really is spinning!"

Her eyes shut tightly again and she lurched forward to hide against Caden's chest. The spinning worsened the vertigo in her head and the vertigo brought on nausea that reminded her of a failed boat trip with her family when she was young. All Estella wanted was to stay curled up against her husband until this frightful feeling disappeared.
