POSTED FOR SATURDAY~ Sinners & Saints Ghost Train!

As the country side rushed by outside the window, Dianna could feel her pride grow with each passing second. She wasn't one to admit that she bragged about her achievements, but it would be a lie to think that she was not going to be boasting at how overwhelmingly amazing this event had turned out to be. The turn out had been far more than anticipated, the musicians that varied through every other cart were fantastic and livening up the mood---there were even ghosts of old conductors and passengers floating through the carts and having the time of their after-lives scaring the guests.

It was to be a fun, fantastic, frightful night. Dianna was beside herself with excitement, and she tugged her skirt down a bit and went on a search for a friendly face to interact with. Merlin, she'd really out done herself this time, she thought amusing as a cart-wide sized cobweb magically unspun to let her pass.

Dianna flipped a golden curl over her shoulder, smirking greatly. She was so brilliant.

"I'm so sorry!" she was saying, clasping one hand to her mouth in horror. "I just got a little carried away—I wasn't watching where I was whipping!"

Being sort of unemployed (although that was a terribly dirty word, she preferred "soul searching") had left Nona with a lot (a lot) of time on her hands, so much of that restless energy had been channeled into creating the most magnificent Halloween costume she'd ever worn. Not that she'd worn that many, and certainly not for the last three years, but never the less! Who better to be, than a lion tamer? It was really too bad she couldn't bring Ossy, but a cranky wildcat in an enclosed space with lots of other people was probably a bad idea.

"At least there's no blood!?"

But someone had jostled her quite abruptly, and then waltzed off without apologising, so of course Nona threw her hands out in disbelief, and she probably would have hustled after the assailant had she not been holding her tamer's whip in the hand she'd flung out. Which subsequently caught someone square in the stomach.

"I really swear I'm a Healer!"

Or she was, but! She still knew what she was doing!

The crack of the whip was what had caught Phoebe's attention, and with the charmed pointe shoes she stood high above the crowd and spotted the top hat of a very familiar lion tamer. She grinned and took a few steps---forgetting that she was on the tips of her toes. Phoebe stumbled a few steps into the crowd but then managed to tap her heels together, and she dropped back down to the ground. Phew, sometimes her charm work was just too good.

With her new job and life being quite fun and good, Phoebe had not wasted a second in swiping up a pair of tickets for herself and Elphias. Leo was with her brother (who, now engaged, needed the practice!) and they did not have to be home until late. Of course the party scene was so out of Elphias' comfort zone that it was difficult to get him to do much than analyze how certain scenary was charmed, but Phoebe didn't mind. She was a social butterfly, or should she say a social ballerina. She could simply dance around and find someone to talk to.

Like her best of friends! Phoebe had known Nona would be coming, but with so many different aspects to the party it wasn't until now that she'd found her.

"Ooh, that's got to hurt," Phoebe said from over her friend's shoulder, grinning. "But she really is a healer! And I'm a solicitor, if you would like to file a complaint..."
