POSTED FOR SATURDAY~ Sinners & Saints Ghost Train!

As the country side rushed by outside the window, Dianna could feel her pride grow with each passing second. She wasn't one to admit that she bragged about her achievements, but it would be a lie to think that she was not going to be boasting at how overwhelmingly amazing this event had turned out to be. The turn out had been far more than anticipated, the musicians that varied through every other cart were fantastic and livening up the mood---there were even ghosts of old conductors and passengers floating through the carts and having the time of their after-lives scaring the guests.

It was to be a fun, fantastic, frightful night. Dianna was beside herself with excitement, and she tugged her skirt down a bit and went on a search for a friendly face to interact with. Merlin, she'd really out done herself this time, she thought amusing as a cart-wide sized cobweb magically unspun to let her pass.

Dianna flipped a golden curl over her shoulder, smirking greatly. She was so brilliant.

Bianca gave her husband a long, weary, side-eyed glance from across the room at his shout. While she was having a good time, she was no where near drunk enough to 'release the kraken' that Bertram wanted to. Pour him another glass of rum and coke, sure! She could carry him home. But releasing his kraken? That would have to wait until they got home...

...or more like the next morning, with how he was wobbling around. Bianca shook her head and couldn't help her laugh. They'd needed a night out with how gloomy she'd been, and Bertram deserved to take off the edge with a few (or more) drinks. Sauntering over, as she did feel quite sexy in her costume (one that Mira had nearly chosen, but opted for her Western look), Bianca leaned against the counter where Bertram had landed.

"That ship is not ready to sail, captain," she said with a tilt of her hat.

"Oh, we still have some things to plunder at this party?" He grinned, raising his eyebrow at her and making an effort to wrap an arm around her waist and pull her into his lap as he dropped down into the nearest chair. He was glad that she was having a good time as well, at least as far as he could see -- and he wanted to get Bianca out of her slump as fast as possible.

"I mean, I guess I could go for some of those little shrimp puffs I saw floating around earlier." He was in a good mood, so there wasn't much he was going to protest to at this point.

"Did you get prettier while you were gone?"

Bianca couldn't help her blush and sent her husband a sly look, one arm going over his shoulders, "I think you've just had a few more drinks."

Her free hand tugged at the tie of his uniform. Bertram looked rather cute himself, and she let him know that by pressing a firm kiss to his lips. Bianca most definitely had not pushed for matching costumes or dressing up or even going out, but she adored and appreciated the effort he put into doing things he believed would make her happy. Getting out of her comfort zone on her own was still something she needed to work on, but it seemed to Bianca that once she was out and about she enjoyed the life she had, and she was grateful.

Pulling back, as maybe the kiss went on for a bit longer than she'd initially meant it to, Bianca grinned.

"Think you're up for some activities?"

"Well, why can't it just be both?" He wasn't going to try and cover up the fact that he'd had a few more drinks since the last time that Bianca had gone off to chat with one of her friends -- probably Mira.

Not that he'd admit it, but he quite liked the way that his arse looked in these tight sailor pants, and dressing up like Bianca was a good way to signal to everyone around that he was still incredibly handsome while having turned into a half-way good husband, right?

Right. He leaned into the kiss and brought a hand to rest against the back of Bianca's neck until she pulled away, returning her grin with one of his own while he bounced his legs absent-mindedly.

"Depends on whether those activities involve dancing or apple-bobbing. I think I might drown if I get near a tub of water right now."
