OPEN AND ENCOURAGED
Several people considered the Harpies' Beater to be an intimidating woman - not only was she tall and exotic, she was also athletic, intelligent, bilingual and extremely wealthy. Most woman hated her on principle alone - they hated her more because she knew she was all of the above, and didn't make any effort to hide her virtues. She knew she was a talented Quidditch player who was damn good at her job, so why wasn't she allowed to reap the benefits?

That was her opinion anyway, thinking she was entitled to whatever she wanted because she had earned it. The problems usually arose when she went after marked territory.

Without having any ulterior motives in mind, black heels clicked across the floor of the room until she was standing outside, underneath the balcony that was accessed on the second floor. The wind tousled her hair - the fresh air felt nice against her face, which was probably a little flushed due to the glass or two of wine she had before coming outside.

Just as she was about to head back inside, she caught sight of a familiar blonde - Charles Spinnet - standing there, staring out at the fireworks she could hear going off behind her.

She wasn't sure if he would notice her, or if someone entering the building would notice her standing outside, seeing how she was blocking the entrance.
