the intrepid greta d. l. catchlove ([info]catchthislove) wrote in [info]valesco,
The sudden urge to blush and stutter was most alarming.

If she thought about it, their relationship had always been of the playful-bordering-flirtatious nature, true. But she'd also thought it all a lot of bluster, in the way casual friends are wont to do. It likely still was, of course, but now that the paper and rags snapped up any offered tidbit (and some not) of his, it was almost expected to influence a little change in his behavior. It wasn't as if he hadn't always been something of a lady killer.

So then, did she mind being next in the indubitable parade of Ludo Bagman's witches?

…No, she was forced to admit, it didn't bother her that much. Or… well, with his arm suavely around her at the present, at all.

"I haven't, but…" her gaze fell to the floor as she tried to smooth this sudden hiccup in her usually-solid composure, striving to keep her voice at its usual playfulness and not quite sure if it succeeded, "that sounds like a dangerous invitation, Mister Bagman."
