Frank wanted to believe that this situation was nothing but that: a situation. A simple spill, slip up of information that was overheard by one of the many ears Voldemort had around the country. It was very easy for that to happen, especially since they didn't have someone like Dearborn to keep rumors in check. Even the smallest amount of information can be assumed, and it would be foolish to think that the death eaters weren't as smart as any of them.
However, Frank realized it was too easy to assume the better-- so he would assume for the worst. Or in the this case, the more logical explanation. Especially in these times, it would be foolish to brush off a breach of secrecy as a pure mistake. That kind of assumption could lead to innocent death. So, for the time being, Frank would treat this situation as any other case he received from the department. At the very least his training had taught him to take personal emotion out of the equation completely.
As much as the word 'traitor' left a sour taste in his mouth to say, but that didn't exactly made it hard to speak out loud. There were many words like that at the tip of his tongue, but he refrained from speaking them to Dumbledore. "What do you plan to do if we are faced with a traitor situation?" Frank spoke quickly as he paced back and forth behind his chair. This conversation had quickly turned into Frank asking the questions, and Dumbledore responding, but more than likely that was about to change.
"I will address that if the time comes," Dumbledore spoke softly, watching Frank walk back and forth intently.
Frank let out a tense snort, obviously not pleased with that answer. They needed to be more aggressive, more intrusive-- nothing could be worse at this point than the possibility of another death eater/order relation. This needed to be taken care of immediately, with much more force and--
"May I ask why you are so quick to judge your peers?" The older man looked expectantly, and suddenly Frank had never felt such the need to defend himself.
His neck snapped to Dumbledore quickly. "I'm not-- I'm trying to keep everyone safe, that's my job," Frank sped, his feet stuck as he spoke. "And if someone really is jeopardizing everyone like this, then they are certainly not--- anything to me." Resisting Voldemort was something he had done time and time again, and for anyone else to be weaker and give in was just-- unacceptable. It was simply unacceptable.
"And if that isn't the case?"
"Then at least the appropriate precautions are taking place," Frank continued, his tone harsh and not one that was very proper to speaking to your elder.
"You have obviously thought about this," Dumbledore began, nodding his head slowly. Frank made no response, unsure whether he liked where this was going. "So I have to ask--- is there anyone you are particularly concerned about?"
At that moment, Frank felt his mind go blank. Up until now, he had been unable to make it very impersonal, just spitting out all the steps necessary to attack this problem. But now asked to put a name to a face... that was difficult.
"Not yet, no."
