Which was just bloody annoying, really. Whenever someone was discontent about the minister he was the one that inevitably ended up holding the howler, so to speak.
Desmond was absolutely ecstatic that she'd even consider starting to learn about politics of the Wizarding world. "Of course," he beamed, "I wouldn't mind at all, and you know that you already do so much for me..." Even if he did pay for it.
