Seth, Drystan! Joey?
Oh my god this was so much fun! Forced bonding was the best ever!

Except not.

At all.

Unconsciousness seemed incredibly pleasing right about now.

Odette had thought about 'mistakingly' hitting herself in the head earlier (an idea she completely blamed on Drystan, since he had thought of it), because it would be so much less painful than the self-served hell she was enduring now, but. They would no doubt revive her within seconds, not only leaving the empty feeling of failure but handing out a free pass of verbal abuse for the rest of the week.

So, unfortunately, Odette was forced to stay awake the entire time, participating in every activity there was to participate in. Name games, ball of string sharing, trust falls--- honestly. Honestly. The day she trusted Seth Wadcock to catch her without groping would be the day that Poseidon sprouted wings, flew into the sky and became a constellation.

At least the day was finally over, and they were allowed to recluse back into their cliques that made the Montrose Magpies what they were. Pulling apart a piece of bread slowly, Odette sporadically threw the pieces into the campfire (of course there was a campfire) while she watched it burn. "I can't believe it's only the first day," she whined, pulling her knees closer to her chin as she looked to Drystan sitting next to her. "I cannot suffer through a whole week of this."

"Pish posh," he replied, taking the rest without batting an eyelash, "learn to share." Oh, carbohydrates. Being the size of a small house had never lent itself well to such idiotic things as diets, Drystan thought as agreeably polished off the remnants of Odette's thoughtful handout. Or it simply could have been the fact that the moment someone told him he couldn't eat something, he had never felt a more pressing urge to ingest it in his life.

Whichever.

"Martin Boot strikes me as very agreeable," Drystan told Seth in loud agreement. "If you didn't get along with him then, that had to be your own doing."

He gave Odette a look and smirked just slightly as he looked back up at Seth, "Much like, dare I say, that very becoming outburst of team unity that had that fine counselor escorting you back towards the Campfire of Friendship."

Honestly, Drystan had nothing against these New-Agers, but why was he forced to interact with them on a now-daily basis? They had a most infuriating way of treating everyone as though they were the age of six. Which included the confiscating of wands.

Seriously. Seth just stared at Odette and Drystan. Were they seriously going to gang up on him over this? He didn't even know why he tried. He'd like to see either of them spend a week with Martin Boot and antics of trying to be the best Camp Unity camper ever. And now it looked like Seth was going to be stuck in another week of hell, except this time he was going to have to deal with the two of them.

And really, Drystan shouldn't even try to act like it he didn't expect it. "Fuck the Campfire of Friendship. Let's all hold hands and sing fucking Kumba-fucking-ya. And then by the end of the week, I'll suddenly be Mr. Congeniality and everything will be filled with rainbows and sunshine." Seth ignored the look that the counselor gave him. Oh yeah, swear words were not approved of here. It put off a bad vibe.

"Like that's going to happen." he scoffed throwing the stick he was holding into the Campfire of Complete Bullshit. "None of this helps us as a team. We don't play at all this entire week."

"That would be great," Odette pipped automatically, her eyes daring to jump behind Seth to a--- sure, she would use the politically correct word here--- counselor, which earned her an encouraging smile. Hoollyyy shit, did she just possibly earn herself a cookie for later? That would be fantastic, Drystan would rip it right out of her hands, but still. It was the thought that counted. Despite her inner pain, a real smile began to tug on her face.

"I like sun," she continued, nodding slightly as she lolled her head back to look at Drystan. For a brief second, Odette thought to actually take Seth's angry rant seriously, and give him a real answer.

Yeah, it sucked. Yes, they were basically be starved, dumped in the middle of nowhere, being forced to be nice and she would much rather be sleeping in a bed with Noah than in some insect infested cot, but, there wasn't much they could do about it. They had taken away their wands, and obviously the place was impossible to apparate out of so---- it quickly occurred to her that Odette was thinking this purely because Seth was complaining. If he wasn't so vocal... well, she would like to think that if she was Captain, she would at least pretend to go along with it in front of the people than ran the place, while secretly planning a revolt with the team behind their backs, but that was just her.

"I really want to leave," she stated randomly, her body perking up a bit as she said so. Like right now. Strangely, her voice actually sounded serious--- like actually serious.
