Iris sighed and rolled her eyes. "I've read it a thousand times. And it still makes no sense. Do you think I don't study at all on my own?" she asked, raising an eyebrow at him. Oh good heavens, she wasn't that daft.
Despite her protesting, she pulled the book towards her and read through it once more. "There. Read it. What now?" She crossed her arms over her chest, staring at him with a twinge of annoyance present in her eyes.
