Who: Kalista and Antonin.
What: Getting over everything.
Where: A party.
When: Tonight (to celebrate Kristin's last day of school, huzzah!)
The entire night had been absolutely
fabulous. Kalista had been roaming around, much like the social butterfly that she was, a red party cup always grasped between her perfectly manicured digits. It wasn’t ever filled with beer or anything, because Kalista was far too
classy for beer. That, and she didn’t feel like climbing over everyone just to get to where it was being kept. Instead, she kept being handed several cups of red fruit punch which had been spiked with…well, she wasn’t even sure, but she was pretty damn wasted after only 2 glasses. The third was kept in her hand, her mile long legs crossed at the knee as she sat on the couch, sipping at it casually as those crystalline blue eyes scanned the area. A smirk crossed over her glossed lips, but found it gradually fading away when someone sat beside her. Her head turned to quirk a brow at this male stranger.
”Hey, baby.”The words caused the blonde to let out a disbelieving laugh. “Are you kidding me?” She rolled her eyes, and then looked away from him, shifting on the couch as she used her free hand to tug down casually on her dress, which was now revealing much more of her thigh than she’d like this creep to see. Kalista was hardly conservative, but that didn’t mean she was a complete skank. She just knew what she wanted, and went for it. And she definitely didn’t want
this douche bag.
”Awww, come on…don’t be like that.” The male scooted closer to her, placing his arm around her shoulders, which caused her eyes to narrow when she turned to look back at him. “And again I ask…are you kidding me?” The boy laughed and shook his head. “
Are you kidding me
? Come on, babe…you can’t dress like that
and then not
put out. That’s just not right.” She looked down at her outfit. It was revealing, she knew that, but it wasn’t
skanky. It was a simple black, strapless dress, with a laced up corset-style back.
He moved his hand to begin twirling his finger around the thin black strap which was holding her dress together. Kalista’s glare eventually turned into a devious smirk. “You know what? You’re right. I’m such an idiot.” She leaned forward towards him, only to wind up dumping her drink on his lap. He yelled and stood up, which caught a lot of people’s attention…and everyone laughed. Feeling victorious, Kalista rose to her feet, adjusting her dress again. “Oh, I’m so
sorry…you know, you shouldn’t act like
that and then
not expect a girl to dump her drink in your lap. You should probably go and wash yourself off. You look like a moron.” Turning around, she walked away from him, hearing a distant ‘Bitch!’ get called out, which just made her snigger. Flicking some of her long blonde hair away from her eyes, she moved to the stairs of…whoever’s place this was. She wasn’t even sure. Once she was on the second floor, she moved through some more people, cautiously opening a few doors to check which rooms were empty. Finally she came to what seemed to be a study, and as far as she could tell, no one else was in there. Breathing a sigh of relief, she stepped inside, and locked the door behind her, leaning her back against the wood, closing her eyes to get everything to stop spinning for a second. When they opened again, she advanced further into the room, only to stop when she got to the center of it, freezing in place when she saw that she
wasn’t alone, like she thought she was. ‘
Her eyes locked with Antonin’s. There was silence for a few seconds before Kalista actually smirked and raised a brow at him. “So, what are
you hiding from? Or should I say
who?” She was sick of being upset, or angry whenever she saw him. They had managed to hang out a few times, but Cecilia was always there with them. “It’s not me, is it? Because…if it is, I’m afraid you’ll have to leave and find another room.” She smirked again, casually folding her arms over her chest. The fact that he had been there first didn’t even matter to her. It wasn’t like she really thought he was hiding from her anyway. Or, she hoped not.
