An object, a heavy object, had been thrown through their window, in their home. A home, a sacred place, a haven, an asylum--every other synonym for "familial abode" she could think of, and it had just been grossly violated. Was this really what it had come down to? People were attacking her wonderful, amazing, loving husband, for something he had been cheated into doing? For Merlin's sake, he was a Halfblood, himself! Why would he do anything to take away rights from people, he was a good person! As if Tim would have helped with such a project, had he any idea what it would have resulted in.
And then some idiot with morally-skewed concepts of right and wrong felt the need to persecute them here? No, that--no, he'd been standing right there when it had come through the window! What if Adamina hadn't heard it, or if she couldn't move fast enough since she was so bloody huge, and--WHAT, WHERE THE HELL DID TIM THINK HE WAS GOING, BLOODY--LUNATIC--HE MIGHT END UP GETTING HIMSELF KILLED; WHO KNEW WHAT SORT OF PEOPLE WERE ATTEMPTING TO VANDALIZE THEIR HOUSE!
"TIM!" she yelled, fear grabbing at her. Where was that stupid adrenaline when she needed it; that idiot needed to be caught and brought back and then they'd just let the vandals go, and it'd be fine, but--
Yelling. Why the-- yelling, there were yells, and that was Tim's voice, and oh, Merlin, this was--where the hell was her wand!
Upstairs. Her wand was upstairs on her bedside table, and she couldn't make it back up the stairs, into the room, and back down to get it, there'd never be enough time! And who knew what could happen during that time!
What an idiot she was, she didn't even have her wand, what good was she?, Adamina berated herself as she finally made it to the door. A scream strangled itself in her throat as she saw a figure that was struggling with Tim in the snow, blind panic seizing her. A wandless, fully pregnant witch, what could she even do? He looked large, there was no way she could pull him off of Tim, this was--no time to think, oh--Merlin, this was just--
"GET OFF HIM," she cried, bounding onto the snow covered lawn, "GET OFF, WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING--TIM! TIM, WHERE THE HELL IS YOUR WAND!"
