Mary had to think on that one. It had been a while, to be honest, but she had missed a few potions over the past month or so and--well, before she had started on them she hadn't been exactly...regular. So even though she should have started (by her calculations) last week, she hadn't had the time or the foresight to really put those two together. "Er--mid-September," she said sheepishly, feeling her cheeks flush a bit.
So Mackenzie thought she was--how on earth could she be pregnant? Mary barely got through her last internal query when it hit her--Gabriel Corner. There was no way it could be someone else. She couldn't even remember if they'd used protection or--or--"Oh bloody hell," she cursed under her breath. If she was carrying Gabriel Corner's child, so help her...he would be hearing an earful from her.
Maybe she was getting ahead of herself, maybe this was nothing more than a virus. She ended up with viruses all the time when she was little and being out of the muggle world wouldn't change that knack for catching something, right? God, she hoped this was a virus.
