So here they were, at the meeting spot where they and their new manager had agreed to meet. And this bloke was late. Kirby shifted away from Win's outstretched fingers, and leaned back on his chair precariously, the two legs of his chair and his careful balancing the only thing allowing him from crashing to the floor. He glanced at the clock again. He may be a member of a rock group, but he was never one to appreciate tardiness.
To pass the wait time, he started looking around the old tavern, allowing his gaze to rest on each person. It was practically empty, so that got old real fast - until a really, really pretty blond woman walked into the room. He straightened up, allowing his chair to fall to the floor with a thud. They had some gorgeous groupies in the past, but wow!
Don't blame the guy, he hadn't had much female interaction at all, save for a trip to St. Mungo's where his Healer's assistant had done a physical on him. This whole celibacy thing was absolute bollocks.
"Why, yes we are," Kirby drawled, pushing his horn-rimmed glasses up the bridge of his nose. He flashed her a smile. "Nice to meet you."
