Anyone could play, any gender combination as long as its IC.
For example, Kallen, Gino and Suzaku form a team. That's totally okay.
Agatha builds two clanks and makes them her teammates, that (assuming the clanks were approved) would be okay.
I'll encourage you picking other people to play with though.
