It probably hadn't seemed possible, but his smile widened when she confirmed that she was having a good time. That was what he liked to hear. He was the host, after all, and it was his job to make sure that everyone was happy.
He started to nod his head when she returned the question, but she began to babble about how it was a stupid question before he could actually answer her. As far as he was concerned, she didn't sound like a moron. In fact, he thought her rambling was kind of cute. Needless to say, the conversation they were currently having was not affecting his desire to take her out again... well, it wasn't affecting it in a negative way.
"I am having a great time," he interrupted. "I could be having a better time if I could get a few minutes alone with you, though."
Jeremy wouldn't usually be so forward, but he didn't think she would mind.
