I noticed that too. I think it takes a while to load since the site isn't running on as many servers as LJ might be running on. On LJ, when you first open it, it'll say "Loading..." for a second or two. I'm going to check the IJ FAQ though, it might be a Paid Account option on IJ, too, but still someone shows up for regular users.
