"Come on, it's not that bad!" Jack insisted rolling the small ball between his fingers. "Well if you don't want this then I'll have to kiss you and then you'll definitely get cooties," he said with a smirk, completely unaware of what he might be doing to Thomas. "And no burning, it's not damaged yet."

"It's not that cold and I'd ask for proof but the librarian is hanging on by a thread I think and I don't want to get kicked out," he siad shaking his head, feeling the foot brush against his own and knocking back slightly. "Well that's a pretty big statement, might need to be ready to back that one up darling," Jack replied before grinning, chewing on the side of his lip in an absent manner as he watched Thomas before shrugging and leaning forward. "Well, I've been told I can be pretty persuasive when I need to be. So I think the question now is what do you want?" he asked tilting his head to the side and fixing Thomas with an intense glare. "Name it and it could be yours," he said opening up the door as wide as he would, wondering what Thomas would ask for.

"Yes, Thom," he said nodding his head as he watched Thomas began to transfer the notes and he felt the fingers curl around his own and grinned, figuring they were just having a bit of fun as he twisted his hand slightly, curling their fingers together as he rubbed his fingers over the back of Thomas's hand. He shifted a bit after a moment, moving his other hand to begin to dance over his hand and wrist absently, teasing hi unintentionally. "Because anyone can call you Tom, I get to call you Thom," he pointed out with a nod of his head. "And I didn't say you were stuffy, I said your name was. And it's still better than Jackson anyway," he said with a chuckle.

"Well that is one way of looking at it, fun on chicken legs that would look good in a skirt," he pointed out. "So what do you want to talk about?"
