Thomas G. Bradley ([info]knightish) wrote in [info]riddikulus,
It was almost painful watching the slight movement of the other's mouth, that Thomas had to look away. Again. Somehow even after he forced his eyes to avert from the other, it would soon crawl back to Jack and he'd again find himself mesmerized. How can one possibly converse without looking at the other's face? he wondered, and knew if he figures out what the answer was to his question, he'd immediately follow it. At the moment, he was coming out blank though, and he had to look into the other's eyes without making it too obvious how much the other was affecting him. "Yes, date and relevance. I take this course, too you know." A smile grew on his features at the other's compliment, and he could feel a slight wamrth on his cheeks. Being organized just came so easy for him. "it should start to make sense once we go over the ones on top before we proceed to the rest below. Baby steps, love." he said, crossing his arms now, then pushing the chair back so he could balance his weight on its hind legs. "Of course."

"I've only had experience with my father's old magical one. And only once. Do you know how to use that camera you're talking about? And do you happen to have one lying about?" He said, a slight flicker of interest in his eyes. then a alugh at the empty threat. "Don't let the built fool you, Oh Great One." he said, flexing his arms, letting them trace over the material of his shirt. "Pure stone. You can try though, doubt you will succeed."

You're irresistible. Before the comment and the winnk could even have its effects on him, Thomas came up with an easy comeback. "I know I am. You can't fight it." he said before he took another pile and started to sort them. "You can relax for now while I sort your notes. And given that I'm an amazing multi-tasker, you can still talk to me." he started. "We'll start tomorrow, once you're lectures are organized. Trust me, it will be easier for us both." A smile.
