Thomas then had too look away from Jack while the other continued to speak after he caught himself staring at his lips again. It would have been inappropriate- embarrassing, if he was caught and he'd rather not fall into such an unfortunate predicament. He noticed out of the corner of his eyes that Jack had leaned in, and heard the other ask him. "I'm taking out the things I deem unnecessary, like the ones you've written before, the ones you don't truly need, and ones such as THIS." Tom raised one piece of parchment from the 'unwanted' pile that was full of scribbles, but completely void of relative notes. A smile. "Need I say more?" Thomas then took a fresh parchment from his bag and fished his wand from his pocket. "And these.." he indicated the other batch, spreading out before him. "Are the ones you need. I've arranged them too, according to date and relevance." With a slight, almost lazy flick of his wand, the words from the old parchments seemed to sink in the pages before they slowly emerged in the fresh new parchment. Once it was all done, Thomas crumpled the others and handed Jack's brand new, clean Transfiguration notes. "Better, Picasso? Oh, wait. Picasso's bullocks compared to you, yeah, Mr. Sloper?"
"Oh, I'm starting to like cameras." Thomas said, leaning back again and placing his arms back behind his head, grinning. The dreamy look in the other's features while he spoke of coaching was adorable, Tom found. He leaned forward and took another batch of candy rocks in his mouth. "You should do it." he urged. "You know you can do it. And you know you'd love doing it, so why not go for it? And HA HA." Thomas ended sarcastically, his upper lip curling, and aimed a candy rock at Jack's forehead. "I'm awesome. Sod off."
"HAH. I knew you couldn't resist!" Thomas laughed, feeling ever-so-triumphant. "Let's just say I have a way with words. Though it is true. I have grown familiar with your voice." A smile, then a slight chuckle. "Is it? I don't know. Do you reckon we should? I was never one to follow trends... Perhaps we should start our own thing. NOT studying, just to antagonize. What do you think?"
