Ron blushed when Hermione made it seem like he had nothing to worry about but he knew he would always worry about having her parents approval. He planned on being with her for a very long time and if he parents didn't like him, he'd be devestated. He had even gone so far as to think that if her parents didn't like him, Hermione wouldn't want to be with him anymore.
"Well, sorry. I just want to be liked my the love of my life's parents! Is that so bad?" He shrugged a bit but he was, of course, putting on a show. He was still worried.
