Hey everybody! Sorry Harry's been so quiet, I had a crush of pre-spring break editing from the uni. But ND has break now - and therefore so do I! I'm off to Dover, UK, to see my fiance, so I will be on a different time zone until the ninth. Simon only got a few days off of work, so I will be able to play when I'm home alone, though I'm going to be taking daytrips, visiting other friends, figuring out if I could actually live in little Dover, haha. I'll be at the airport later, so I'll catch up on replies then! I'll bring everybody back presents from the castle!!

Ball's tomorrow! For the record Justin's a dancin' machine, yo, so it's likely he'll be bothering the females he knows to bust a move with him throughout the evening. That or he'll totally be that guy that'll dance with some friends chick because ...the other guys an arse. He can do the traditional waltzy junk and the funky 90's goofiness - the former much better than the latter strangely enough. Truth be told though the boy has no shame when it comes to having a good time. If you're lucky you'll get some moonwalking, cabbage patch, and maybe even some robot.

When the big thread goes up if anyone wants to do some on screen interaction just let me know! It can be dancing, conversation, or some sort of confrontation/snark fest. I'm down with anything. Also the girls on the dance card are people I'd assume he'd have promised to save a dance for along the way - if they would have declined I'll transfer 'em over to the other list! Love ya!

Is there anyone else in the Chicagoland/Michiana area who got slammed in the storms/flooding? Our power still isn't back, so I'm hiding here at the big university up the street, haha, hugging the internet and the lamps and the heater. We were just wondering if anyone else has been affected and if your utility companies are giving you the runaround, too. Let's suffer together!

I'm Nick and I'm new here. It's lovely to be here.

I'm bringing in Holden Everard into the picture. A sixth year Ravenclaw who really shouldn't been in Ravenclaw. He's not book-smart in the least, but is incredibly magazine-smart and street-smart. I suppose thats why.
He's also what you would call the 'party boy'. Loves to bend the rules, have fun, and play.
He usually makes friends with just about anyone, but can quite often get on people's bad sides. Usually through his love life, which is not at all limited. If you're there, and are attractive, Holden will flirt with you.
He may not fit, be he's a Ravenclaw and proud of it, and if you're in Ravenclaw too, he'll take an unforgivable curse for you...that is if you help him with homework later.

Anyway, thats pretty much Holden for you! Anyone want some backstory or plot?

Hey y'all, my name is Maggie, and I'm playing Ginny.

Ginny is the vivacious, friendly, Quidditch-loving, all-Weasley, good-hearted, hair-trigger tempered charm machine that all y'all know. Lately, she's been spending a bit too much time with her bloody boyfriend, practising Quidditch, and on her Transfiguration work, for which she apologises deeply, and is quite ready to hang out with her friends lots and lots. Ginny would befriend a potted plant, but I'd much prefer her, you know, having human friends. So...anyone want to come and play with Miss Weasley? Who are her friends around here, other than the usual suspects? (Ginny says hello to her brother!)

I posted her profile at her journal, and I do have a billion things to do: make it all look pretty, get her a banner, figure out what is UP with the five user icons (that can't be right...right? Are there only five icons here?! WTF mate). Let's see. I'm so totally excited to play...I tried to perm my hair last month and nearly ruined it...I have an identical twin and we totally do talk in unison and finish each other's sentences...I travel a lot for work, but to really boring places...and have I mentioned that I'm excited?

Hiya! I'm Lyddia and I'm apparently very easilly persuaded... Also, I'm an English major, possibly theatre minor (I'm not really decided), I'm a huge dork for music, and history, aaaaaaand... I've got permenant jet lag because I live in the midwest, but my family is on the west coast, so I'm often up very wonky hours which makes for good plotting, but it's pretty awful when I've got to get up for school. OH WELL.

Anyway, Alissa, aka Luna managed to talk me into joining up with Parvati, which wasn't too hard, because... I have no will power. Parvati is incredibly fashion forward, smart, and sassy, but she's not a princess, by any means. In fact, she hates to be treated like a china doll, and will probably z-snap you if you make her mad... Heh... So. Plotting is good, she's obviously got built-in backstory with a few of the characters already, and anything else is completely up to you guys! You can usually reach me via AIM at bearsbeatsbsg.
