George F. Weasley ([info]gredilicious) wrote in [info]occultus,
"Not hopefully, we will." George continued to look over his Twin's shoulder at what he was working on. He sounded confident in their ability to get what they needed done in time. When it was something he wanted to do George was quite diligent at the task instead of being a procrastinator like he was in school. In a way, he supposed, the same went for Fred. "Send some to Gin. She knows how to network. I mean, look at the free advertising she gave us when she bought Arnold. All the girls wanted a Pygmy Puff after seeing her with one."

In the beginning of his 'thing' with Flint, George didn't care who knew but honoured the Chaser's decision to want to keep things private. Now he seemed to be getting more... well, involved for lack of a better word, George's analytical brain had seen how his friends and family react to Slytherins. He really wasn't sure if he wanted people to know anymore - that keeping things secret really was best.

But, they weren't going to talk about that. Right now the Twins were discussing other things. Like what's a hero without a villain?

"Unemployed." George replied immediately to Forge's question in a dry tone, his lips going back up into a smirk. He could be quite the smart arse when he wanted to be.

His smirk turned into the soft smile he reserved only for Fred as his Twin spoke to the puppy. George might have been known as the more smiley of the Twins but most of his smiles were filled with mischief, like you knew he had done something you just couldn't prove what. The Forgie Smile was a genuine smile that only Fred ever saw.

"So cute." George slightly parroted. Most of the time he'd do that when he was unsure about something, like he was trying to tap into his Fred side. Although sometimes, very rarely - like right now - he'd do it just to fill the silence.
