Who: Fred and Sophie
What: Fred's still bleeding so he's gone to get fixed.
Where: Mungo's
When: 13 November
Rating: Mature (OOC I'm writing Het! Weird!)
Status: Complete

Embarrassed wasn't in Fred's dictionary; so when he returned home after the massive family lunch at The Burrow to discover his thigh was still bleeding, he decided he needed to do something about it. He wasn't sure how much blood he'd lost by that point, but he had felt odd all afternoon. The episkey had only slowed the flow, not stopping it completely and the strapping he'd wrapped round the wound had soaked up more red than he'd like to admit. He was just grateful that his jeans were black and had various impervious charms placed on them after various mishaps in the lab had destroyed too many previous pairs.

When the healer asked how he'd come by the wound, he was bluntly honest with him and expected the lecture he'd received afterwards about the risks involved in blood play. It wasn't a kink he was heavily into. He'd never cut anyone. But twice now he'd been with someone who'd cut him and got off on it. The woman last night had been incredible, so he wasn't about to refuse. Watching the healer work, he was glad when his skin finally decided to co-operate and re-knit itself, leaving an angry red welt in it's wake. "Make sure you keep it clean and in future ask him or her not to use that particular hex if you can't heal it yourself." The man taped a gauze patch to his skin and left Fred to pull his jeans back on.

Wandering from the room, Fred was buckling his belt and therefore not paying attention to where he was walking, when he bumped elbows with someone.

"Oh dear, I helped the ego grow," Sophie said shaking her head at him. "Today was supposed to be the day I cut your ego down."

Chuckling she said, "Yes well I'm not my own boss so I'd get in trouble. One day you can convince me to have sex at your work if you want."

Nodding when he said he'd get himself there she apparated as well. Setting her things down she opened the door to let him in. "I think Kelly's hiding, or more likely sleeping which is good for you." Kelly loved to climb all over Sophie, and a few of her friends. Fred was one of her favorites. "Anything you want on the pizza?"

'Mmm you love the ego. If I was a whiny, insecure little bitch I wouldn't be as much fun.' Of course, he didn't mention that he could be insecure at times. But those low moments were only ever witnessed by his Gred.

Another smirk came to his lips and his eyes glinted at the prospect of her challenge. It was one he'd definitely take up. Fred enjoyed sex, that was no secret and when you had friends that were willing partners it made it easier. Sure, he could pick up randoms, but sometimes -especially recently- that meant taking risks. Sophie, at least, didn't have a blood-play fetish. 'Next time you're at the club, I'll show you my favourite VIP suite.'

Checking for a cat attack as he stepped over the threshold, Fred again held the door for Sophie. Molly Weasley didn't raise her boys to be ill mannered after all. 'I honestly don't feel hungry, so order whatever you fancy.'

Laughing Sophie grinned, "I suppose that is true. You also refuse to let be a whiny little bitch which I suppose is a good thing." Not that it was so much a he didn't let her, as it wasn't fun to be one and Fred was so fun. It was just hard to be one with him around.

Returning the smirk she said, "Looking forward to it Weasley. Though now I have high expectations for this VIP suite. Are you sure it will live up to its reputation?"

Chuckling as Fred looked around for Kelly she said, "Kelly has her collars on, we'll hear her coming." Nodding at his comment she motioned for him to take a seat if he'd like while she called and ordered a pepperoni pizza before turning back to Fred. "Want to turn on the telly?"

Laughing, Fred shook his head a little. 'Well, I can't stand whiny little bitches, so I don't really want my friends to be like that if I can help it.' Over the years he'd had to cheer his mates up after lows, he hated to see people upset, very much like George in that sense and the two of them would always try to lighten the mood if they could.

'Absolutely positive.' Fred grinned, he had ultimate faith in Never Land's ability to live up to expectations. The fact that the club was so popular was testament to that. People wouldn't keep coming back if they weren't satisfied with the place, would they?

Grinning as he was informed of Kelly's collars, he wandered into the flat and flopped down onto the couch. Stretching out, he retrieved the tell remote and flicked it on. That was why Sophie was so awesome. She was muggleborn and didn't seem to mind his endless questions and enthusiasm over muggle technology. 'Oh its that cartoon with the sweary school kids!'

"I know Freddy, that's why you're so good at cheering everyone else up. Selfish intentions." She was smiling and laughing as she said it though. Sophie wasn't fond of whiny bitches either, though she knew everyone was like that at one point or another.

Returning the grin Sophie said, "Well just let me know when you want to give me the tour. I'd hate to distract you on a night that you're needing to do something important."

"Southpark," Sophie told him after setting the phone back on the charger. "Though yes, sweary kids is the description." She moved to sit on the floor and lean back against the couch. Likely she'd end up sprawled on the couch with Fred later but with his injury she'd behave for a few minutes at least. "I take it you like this show?"

'Yup, selfish bastard, through and through.' It was definitely a true statement. In many ways Fred was selfish, he usually got what he wanted and never really thought of consequences or what other people may want. With the exception of Gred. When it came to his Twin he was selfless.

'I'll let you know, though usually Pretty or Nine can handle the important stuff.' He smiled, he and George had made sure they chose fully competent staff. He would trust Nine and Pretty to run the club without any interference from them. But both Twins enjoyed spending time there that they ended up working almost every weekend.

His eyes tracked the action on screen, loving the bright colours of the characters and the more than colourful language. The show was hilarious, had to be said, though it wasn't very intellectual humour. 'South Park.' Fred repeated the name, committing it to memory. 'I've seen it a couple of times. Makes me laugh.' He shrugged, patting her hair as she settled on the floor. 'You okay down there?'

"At least you admit it." Sophie said with a grin, though she was teasing. Sophie didn't see Fred as all that selfish, but then one of her failings was she sometimes had too much faith in her friends.

"Pretty and Nine are good at running the place," she agreed. "Pretty makes the best drinks. I swear when I mix my own they never turn out as good. What's his secret?" Maybe Fred knew, and could tell her. That would make a very happy Sophie.

"It can be funny. Insanely crude, but funny," she admitted. Sophie had seen a few episodes, and knew that Kenny just always died. When she felt Fred pat her hair she looked up at him with a 'what are you up too?' look. "I'm alright, why? Did you want me up there with you?"

'They are, they're brilliant.' Fred smiled, fingers tracing over his leg without making him flinch. Which was a good sign, meant the healing spell was working properly. 'Years of practice? You should probably ask him, not me. He's very protective of his recipe book, I know that.'

Chuckling at a particularly crude joke, Fred nodded. 'I see what you mean.' Catching the look she gave him Fred smirked, giving her an innocent look. 'Well, it is your sofa. You shouldn't have to sit on the floor.' He shrugged, blue eyes flicking to the door, just before the bell rang. 'But I think your food is here.'

"Very high praise Mister Boss Man," Sophie told him, tilting her head back to give him a grin. "You should give them a raise with the condition they teach me how to make drinks. It'd be in everyone's favor. I'd know how to make them and you could con me into being a bartender or waitress if you ever need an extra." And she could flirt with the hot blokes buying drinks from her. Everyone would win!

"Well you are the injured party, for all I know you wanted your space," Sophie teased him before hearing the bell. Standing up she pressed a kiss to his forehead, "You better hope the bell didn't wake up Punk." Since they hadn't seen Kelly yet Sophie was pretty sure she was sleeping. And knew when she woke up she'd likely be climbing all over both of them.

Grabbing some muggle money Sophie opened the door and got her pizza. Heading back towards the sofa she set the box on the floor before moving to lay in front of Fred on the sofa, pressed back against him. "Better?" she asked him with a not so innocent smile of her own.

He raised an eyebrow at her suggestion. 'Maybe.' He didn't think he would be needing an extra pair of hands just yet, but he'd definitely keep Sophie in mind when he did. 'We have enough staff at the minute and Olly seems to like jumping behind the bar, though I think he's quite taken with Daniel.'

Stretching out on the sofa, Fred toed off his trainers, letting them drop over the arm to the floor. Fluffing up the cushion, he leaned his head on it and settled against the back of the sofa, laying on his side. 'I do like space,' he gave her a little grin as she kissed his forehead and watched as she retrieved her pizza. He didn't hear any movement, so he assumed Kelly hadn't been woken.

As Sophie settled against him, he nodded, eyes still on the screen. When he and Sophie had been seeing each other, he would often have her join him as he lay on the sofa in the Common Room. He wasn't really one for snuggling, but this he could just about handle. 'Eat your tea.'

She shrugged, "Good way to meet new people," she told him. Chuckling at his comment she said, "Olly's a bit like you. Seems to be taken with lots of people." They were all young though, no one really needed to settle down. Though Sophie knew she was more of a relationship girl than not.

Sophie removed her shoes as well as she settled on the couch, chuckling at Fred's comment. "You should eat a slice or too," she told him, "Blood loss is bad, eat pizza." She was a healer after all, it was her job to make sure Fred took care of himself.

She too remembered laying like this in the Gryffindor Common Room, it had been one of her favorite parts of the day. It still felt comfortable to her. That was one of her favorite things about Fred, even though they had split because of him leaving school for some reason it hadn't really felt strange past the first bit. They had settled into friends, with benefits when they wanted too.

Shaking her head slightly to clear her thoughts Sophie reached down to get a slice of pizza. Of course, she did make sure to accidentally on purpose lightly elbow him in the ribs just to be annoying.

Shaking his head again as she told him to eat some pizza, he chuckled lightly at her Healer tendencies. 'If it had been that bad they would have given me a blood restorative draft. I'm fine. Mam fed me up at lunch.' Sophie should realise just how much food a Weasley Sunday lunch involved. He'd taken her to a few, as a friend. Their Mam always encouraged the kids to bring a friend. She loved The Burrow to be full.

Squirming as he was elbowed in the ribs, Fred tickled the back of her neck lightly. 'Watch the elbows, love. A little lower and you'd be losing your entertainment for later.'

She did know how much food Mrs. Weasley made, she had enjoyed the Sunday lunches Fred had taken her too. "Yes well you know I care, so I nag, just a little bit." Sophie told him, holding up two fingers very close together. "Consider yourself lucky." She didn't press him any farther on eating right then though.

It was Sophie's turn to squirm when Fred tickled her neck, he knew how sensitive her neck was. "I knew where I was hitting," she told him, turning her head to grin at him before poking him in the exact same spot, careful to keep her pizza up in the air as she did so.

He stuck his tongue out at the tiny space between Sophie's fingers, but realised she wouldn't be able to see the gesture. Instead he turned his attention back to the cartoon on telly, letting her eat in peace.

'Oh yeah, I'm sure you knew.' He rolled his eyes at her grin and squirmed away from the poke. 'If you get pizza on me I'll be annoyed, so eat it up and stop poking me.' He tried to scowl, but a joke in the script made him snicker instead.
