Oliver bent down at the foot of the large pile of wood that was in his garden, using his wand to aim a spell into the centre of it. Moving back quickly he watched as the fire began to spread, starting the bonfire. Quickly he made his way around the fire, pushing foil wrapped potatoes into it; apparently something muggles did on bonfire night which he through sounded quite interesting. Oliver took several steps back and shivered as he passed through the wards he had placed around the bonfire. They were only there to stop any stray pups heading for the flames.

Whistling Oliver called Bailey and Dram to him, chuckling as they came barrelling over. Oliver planned on putting the dogs into a large pen he had built and then silencing it while the fireworks were going off, he didn’t want them to be frightened.

Hearing the doorbell go Oliver headed to the front door, thankful that everything was sorted already and pulled it open to see who the first person arriving would be.

“Hey, come on in” He grinned brightly, chuckling as Dram and Bailey jumped at the persons feet.

George watched Grumpy go with the other player with a smile and then turned his attention back to his Twin. He could tell by Marcus' stance the other man wasn't comfortable in social situations but he seemed more at ease talking to fellow players than some of the others.

"You see any broken noses?" Gred shot a question back to Forge, knowing his Twin would catch on to the full meaning behind it. George had broken Oliver's nose when they fought over him seeing Marcus - annoyed by the comments Oliver had the hide to say. Because there were no broken noses present, it was safe to say no one seemed to disapprove of George's 'date'. At least, they hadn't disapproved to George's face.

As a few more guests ventured outside, George looked at his Twin with a raised eyebrow - silently asking if it was time for the last minute surprise Fred had been preparing before arriving. He didn't know the full details of the surprise, leaving that up to Fred but did his part in creating the firework. Fred had always been better at mixing the ingredients together to get the firework just perfect though.

Fred didn’t miss the smile that George had on his face when he watched his Falcon leave. If he didn’t know better, he’d say his kid brother had it bad for the Chaser. But neither Twin was the relationship sort, so he wouldn’t dream of voicing his thought to Gred; even if it was completely accurate.

‘Not that I noticed.’ Fred smirked slightly at the words. Oliver had behaved like a prat when he’d caught George and Flint. Mostly Forge had agreed completely with Gred’s reaction, though there was a part of him that had been a little annoyed. He liked Oliver’s nose as it was and the thought of the Keeper being in pain wasn’t a pleasant one. He shook his head slightly, not wanting to dissect that confusing feeling just yet.

The raised brow was met with a tiny nod. It was definitely time for the big finale. The Wildfire display finally drawing to a close. Aiming his wand at the final, trunk shaped firework, he set it off. Watching as avidly as the crowd when the box opened with a bang and 14 jets of light flew out. Each light exploded with a crack, taking on the form of a Quidditch player, larger than life and split into red and green teams. Firework Bludgers shot out of the casket, trailing silver sparks in their wake followed by a burning orange Quaffle and a bright Snitch. In a matter of moments, a match started and the crowd applauded as they watched the light-players’ aerial feats.

George just smiled in reply to the smirk, leaning in close to his Twin so their shoulders bumped - silently sending the message that everything was fine. It was really quite handy having a Twin that seemed to be able to read every gesture and every thought you had. Saved a lot of time not having to give long winded explanations when all he had to do was send Forge a look.

"Yay!" He cheered a little, his smile broadened to a cheeky grin when Forge nodded. Still leaning close to his Twin, he watched the firework split into teams and start playing a game. "And Gryffindor Chaser Alicia Spinnet has the Quaffle." George mimicked their good friend, Lee Jordan with dead on accuracy. Gred had always been very good at impersonations and manipulating his voice to sound like a number of their friends.

"Ten points to Gryffindor!" The crowd gathered cheered as one of the red Chasers scored. "Now the Slytherins are on the attack. He has dodged one Bludger but... oh! Denied by the second Bludger hit by the other Gryffindor Beater, Fred... or is it George? Ah, who knows? One of the two."

As Gred's shoulder bumped into his, Forge gave his Twin a little smile. Specifically, George's little smile, the one he reserved for his Twin only. He wasn't as open with his emotions as his little brother, but he really was happy that George had found someone who made him happy. Even if he was a Slytherin that didn't talk much. The fact that the older wizard had come along to the party suggested that Flint was happy with George too.

Fred's smile grew into a grin as George cheered the setting off of the last firework. The charms on this particular one were pretty intricate, so much so that it almost seemed a shame that they would just explode into nothing at the end. When Gred started to imitate Lee, Forge couldn't help but laugh, hearing Alicia whoop as her name was mentioned.

Picking up where George left off, he continued, mimicking Lee not quite as well as his Twin. 'Johnson has the Quaffle now. What an amazing player that girl is, gorgeous too and yet still cold enough to break my heart at least once a week.' Switching voices he imitated McGonagall, 'Jordan. Keep the commentary relevant.'

When Alicia whooped, George looked over his shoulder away from the fireworks for a second and shot the blonde a grin before turning back to the fireworks and continuing his Lee-like commentary. Of course, his accent may have been perfected over the years. But no one could commentate a match like the real Lee Jordan.

He listened to his Twin continue where he left off, chuckling a bit at the inclusion of McGonagall. Both Twins had heard her chastise them enough times to get her impression highly accurate.

"Sorry Professor. AND Johnson scores!" George continued in the Lee accent, grin still plastered on his face. "The Slytherins have to play catch up now and Pucey passes quickly to Montague. And now, Flint has the Quaffle. There is a fierce rivalry between the two Captains. Wood goes for the save and..."

George paused and let out a little bark of a laugh, looking over his shoulder to Oliver and switching back to his own voice. "Bad luck, Wood!" He stuck out his pierced tongue cheekily, loving to stir the Scot.
