Meghan's morning was going smoothly. She had woke up at five and when for a morning run for a good hour before stopping at the bakery in town and picking up some bread for toast and maybe some sandwiches later. The owner of the bakery always tried to slip a little treat in Meghan's bag, but Meghan always handed it back - it was hard being an athlete when cake was offered for nothing but like all careers sacrifices had to be made.
Going back to her little flat, Meghan went about the rest of her morning routine until it was time to meet up with her brother. Dark denim jeans teamed with a simple white tshirt and jacket made up her outfit - casual enough to be comfy but not enough for some rubbish to be written about her being a 'celebrity crying out for help' (which they had written about her two years ago - not that she cared but apparently the management of the Prides did).
She apparated to Hogsmeade and walked the path to the Three Broomsticks at a medium pace, knowing she was early. Then, of course, a young girl came rushing over from Honeydukes and asked politely for an autograph, which Meghan happily gave and chatted to the girl and her mother for a bit. A few others noticed and more autographs were handed out - seven in total - and then Meghan made her way to the Three Broomsticks. Once inside, she didn't have to look for long till she spotted a familiar mop of hair sitting at the bar.
"Been waiting long?" Meg slid onto the stool next to Kirley after a nod in greeting to Rosie, who was busy with another customer. "Seven autographs today. One for a young boy fresh out of Hogwarts who thinks the Prides suck but I have a nice... well, you get the idea." Meghan looked down at her front and then back up, little smile on her face. "So how was your morning?"
