The sounds of the bag as his fists in there wraps hit there target, sweat fell from his brow as they he moved along the training session moving  until finally he punched the bag so hard it fell from the hook and into the wall. He stopped moving to the sound of thick military boots in the distance. THe only sound was the sound of his breathing now.

Carol had been out with Jessica. Both women needed to eat and to talk so lunch it was. She came back to the tower with Jess with intentions of working out but she heard Steve going insane on a punching bag and was wondering what was up. When she saw that he punched it right off the hook she became worried. "What's wrong Steve?" She was hoping Stark hadn't done anything stupid.

He sighed and stopped as he made his way to the empty sand bag. "Everythings fine...Just alot on my mind..." He reached over for his water bottle seeing the woman just over the threashhold. "You look good carol had a good lunch?" He asked her as he looked at her. There was somthing about her that attracted him to her...He just didn't know.

She looked from Steve to the punching bag on the floor and back to Steve again. "Are you sure? If that punching bag could talk I'm sure it would be telling me a different story." She sat down a the free weights and started to adjust them to her weight preference. "Yeah, had some much needed girl time with Jess."

He tilted his head and smiled at her seeing her near him. She always made him feel good when she around. "That's good, I hope Jessica and your are getting along." He smirked as he moved spotting the training gear. "Feel like training?" He asked her hoping to see her get some sort of contact with her.

She snickered. "Hope we're getting a long? Have you seen us together? We could be sisters." She looked down at the weights and then back at him. He seemed eager to help her out and she didn't mind that. "Sure. I could use a spotter." Well no really but why not let him help out some.

He wiped the sweat from his brow and took to the ring, Slipping on the pads so she could kick he set himself up. "You have to bare with me.Still getting used to things around here. Does your boyfreind approve of your save the world lifestyle?"

He must really be old school if he would think that a man could tell what to do and then live long enough to brag about it. "No man in my life and if there where he would not be telling me what I can and cannot do." She gave him a mischievous smile before doing a few reps.

He smiled as he got in the ring with her moving along carefully with her. "So your not seeing anyone then?" he smiled as he gave her the arm guards as he hit them. "So I was wondering if maybe we can go on a date? just you and me?"

Cute Captain America was asking Coronal Danver's out on a date. Would she be able to pull rank on him if it started to go badly? Then there was a jab about her being a hero. "Well that depends Cap," she grinned while sparring with him "do you approve of my save the world lifestyle?"

He held her moving with her as the kept moving circling each other trading blows. He smiled when he looked up at her. "Oh is that a fact? Well I do approve of you saving the world life style Ms.Danvers. I assure you I can treat you to a lovely night out in the town.."

She had never been out with someone like Steve before and if it was just a date then what was the harm behind it? She stopped while she thought about it and dried some of the sweat off her brow. "As long as you promise to be a gentlemen then I don't see why we can't have a nice night out."

Why wouldn't he be a gentlemen? She was a very well respected woman a good solider. She was trust worthy and even fun. She was so strong and powerful something he admirerd about her. Good then she could just sit and take a break and so could he. He handed her a bottle of water. "I kind of like you Carol...Other than now I can't find the words to say..."

Man he was adorable when he was admitting his feelings to her. "Well take me out and show me a good time, you never know we may just hit it off." She was already enjoying what time they have been spending together and could only imagine what a night out with him could be like. "Should I dress up for this or will jeans and a t-shirt do?"

He could not help but smile as she would say yes to him about the date. "So tonight them?" He asked as he lowered the punching back. He leaned in to kiss her on the cheek. "I think your an amazing woman carol."
