He finds the unconscious bodies in a new construction area. It looks like most of them are laid out where concrete is supposed to be poured whenever the construction crews next arrive.
"They're all alive - I think they need them that way to keep the clones animated. Doesn't look like they were supposed to stay that way much longer. Can't speak for their condition."
