"I'm guessing the hesitance behind asking the question is because you expect me to say 'you'. But since its still early in the morning, and I'm still working on my coffee and breakfast, and don't want you getting all nervous, lemme set something straight between us. Last night was last night. It happened, it was awesome. I don't expect it will ever happen again. I'm not looking for a girlfriend or anything steady. You ever get worked up and need a fuckbuddy, look me up, but if last night was it, that's cool too."
He shovels a couple more bites of eggs into his mouth, finishing the mouthful before continuing.
"Today, you got files I need to read, and we had our pleasure, time for some business. If you don't object too hard though, I wouldn't mind some company for dinner. If its my treat, it'll be my Christmas traditional steak an' apple pie at the first greasy spoon I come to boasting the best in the state of either. Otherwise, your choice."
