Lady Mandarin and Skeleton Crew
The chess pieces were set and it was time to strike.

Lady Mandarin and the Skeleton Crew were sent to the Thunderbolts' headquarters. Lady Mandarin hovered just outside the building. She brought both hands up and unleashed her repulsors. The force hit the wall and it blasted apart.

	Lady Mandarin's arm is pulled up and the shot goes wide. She grabbed the webbing with her free hand and pulled on it. Intending to send him into a wall. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Panic kicks in, and Jack just ends up grabbing onto the webline tighter, being pulled along. He does end up whipped into the wall, and his body slightly flattens, before he bounces off it and goes sprawling.

"Oh... oh that was gross... and finding myself looking very uncool..." He staggers to his feet, and fires a pair of weblines at nearby building corners. He draws back, then slingshots himself at the armored woman. "Lady, I don't know what your deal is, but you picked the wrong house party to crash."

	Lady Mandarin waited until Jack was almost on top of her and then sent a blast of her uni-beam point black at him. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Jack feels pain shoot across his torso as his trajectory meets the uni-beam. Then there's an audible snap, like a rubber band meeting its limit, then nothing, and the armored opponent is coming up fast. He collides with her in midair, clinging to her like he would a wall.

With a massive hole in his torso. There's a cross-section of the colors of his costume visible, but nothing else.

	And Guardian is just going to be doing a whole lot of screaming, even as the hole in his torso starts to fill in. He's not shaken off yet, doing a whole lot of flailing as he clings to his opponent. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Jack's body convulses, and he ends up falling loose. He fires a web-line from his right hand at her as he falls, and launches another one at the nearest secure point with his left hand. As soon as he's anchored, he pulls hard. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Which wasn't enough to move Lady Mandarin. She grabbed the line and pulled on it, moving him. She aimed to swing him into a wall. (Reply to this)(Parent)
