Joanna was still a little confused by the invite she'd gotten. The Seattle gang were... well, was superheroes the right term for them? Apparently it was close enough for her to be joining some annual tradition.
"Can't believe I'm here..." She looked around at the place. She didn't state it in any awestruck fashion. It was more like she half expected the place not to really exist. For all the stuff she'd gone through so far, she still didn't really 'get' the whole superhero thing.
But, she'd brought tequila, so hopefully that would help balance out being the new girl.
