Grog and Grogg. (Or How to Do Kaiju Car Bombs) (meme)
Escaping from the debriefing by the skin of her teeth, Frances stepped out into the lovely (crowded) streets of Tokyo. Really, what about her said 'send this to one day-long departmental meetings as team rep'? Whatever, she was free with the address for a bar in her pocket. One of the assistants she had managed to charm and coax had recommended it as a place to get a drink and see just about everything the city offered, no one batted an eye over odd outfits or lifestyles. Sounded more promising than the Hello Kitty hotel rooms.

Getting lost, getting unlost and a few turns later, she found the place (lots of neon, very promising) and headed in. Time to get her drink on!

	Grogg did not drink alcohol. It was one of the rules of his parole. But he did like to go to go bars on occasion, if they were like this one. It had something important. Karaoke. ~Don't tell Grogg heart, Grogg's achy-breaky heart, Grogg just don't think it understand...~ (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Frances stood in the crowd for the bar and did a fast double take. A giant turtle. Singing karaoke. Singing country karaoke. Japan really did have everything you could think of. She waved down a beer and got out of the way to watch. They did take karaoke seriously around here, but was it a costume or a real man-sized turtle? The song ended and she clapped. 	Grogg took a little bow. "Thank you, thank you. Grogg be back on later! Be nice to next guy!" He walked off the stage and over to the bar, where he ordered a non-alcolic fruit drink. 	Not only was there a man-sized turtle, he had groupies and a following at the local karaoke bar. And drank fruity drinks. She waved down the bartender, pointing at the turtle. "Line up another one of what he's drinking, that was great." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
