Russian to the Rescue
"TAXI!" Cait yelled and leaned out over the curb with her hand raised. Hundreds, if not thousands, of cabs in New York and Cait couldn't get one to stop. They all zoomed by without even slowing down. She knew she should have taken the train back, but she didn't like the train. It was irrational, yes, but it was the way it was and she had elected to take a cab. However, none were stopping and she didn't want to be stranded in the city for the night.

Time to call the cavalry.

She dialed Vlad's number.
