Normally he'd probably thank her but insist 'Nah, I'll be okay', but he was already behind on a lot of things and the longer this went on the more there was to catch up on and stress out about.
Vlad gave her a soft smile. "Thanks. That'll...actually be a big help." He pulled her into a tight hug and kissed her hair. "You're the best Cait. Thanks for putting up with me for..." There was a long pause there as Vlad froze and his eyes widened. "Aww...shoot," he said to himself.
