Qamar gives James a sympathetic look. It's not like he celebrated Halloween growing up -- though they did have Halloween parties from time to time in some hotels in Cairo. Add in the fact that it's mostly occurred during Ramadan, and that Qamar was raised Muslim, it's simply not something he's ever done.
"Hey, it's free candy," he offers.
