Quinn grabbed two beers from the fridge and headed into the rec room of Excal's HQ. He fell onto the couch and turned on the Manchester United game. He opened a beer and took a long pull from it.

Now this was the life.

Jenny was having a harder time getting used to Excalibur. Her orders were to continue as a part of the team. She'd never worked as part of a team, although there was one incident that she agreed would never be spoken of in the light of day or dark of night. Her handler even sweetened the deal by ensuring a bonus in her pay, enough to finally begin shopping for that plane she'd always wanted.

She poked her head into the rec room to see what was going on. The game on TV brought back the good times she'd had with her brother, Martin, cheering for the local team.

Joe was not, in fact, really sure why he was still here. He wasn't a super-hero. He just happened to be a mostly invulnerable guy with limitless super-strength who had self-taught himself alien technology, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repair.

Right.

He had a beer, though it would take more beer than they had in the place before he started to feel tipsy.

"...Remind me again why this is more popular than football here?"

Flynn had trouble juggling Excalibur and MI13. Being in two different places turned out to be troublesome. He wondered why he even bothered with Excalibur in the first place.

Flynn moved into the rec room holding a book in one hand a beer in the other. He noticed a few of the other members of the team gathered around the TV. "Who's /not/ winning?" He murmured. American football is not his favourite sport. Flynn never bothered to watch it. He moved to one of the near by comfy chairs, plopping down on it and continue reading his book.

	Reading a book proved to be pointless during this time. He snapped it shut and decided to go join gang. 	Flynn watched as the two Brit and Irish nagged on who was going to win and who would end up buying. He grins, shaking his head a little. "Drinking is a wonderful thing.
