She gives him a slightly sad smile and a wave when he looks back and then he's gone.

Well...she hadn't expected that but whatever was best for Tim. She'd miss that big teddy bear, and walking into his lab to say hi and even being dragged out of her lab.

Hopefully the private sector wouldn't woo him too much. It wouldn't be the same around here without Tim for long.
